Cherry shrimp has become widely available in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Shrimp can be purchased from online store fish in an aquarium shop, and from private breeders - especially through local aquarium society. There are also several types Neocaridina similar colors and signs that require the same conditions, including fire red snowballs, blue pearls, Rili shrimp, yellow shrimp, and wild type.
